Description

The lane is a remnant of a medieval lane which once gave access to the site of the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Putney Park hunting lodge and is now maintained as a public open space. Laid out in the early 18th century, the lane is lined with trees and leads to other open spaces and small gardens.
