Event description

Ravenscourt Park is one of the larger and more scenic parks in the borough, and a winner of the Green Flag Award. The site used to be home to a medieval manor, first recorded in the 12th century and rebuilt in the 17th century, eventually to open as the first library in Hammersmith in the late 19th century.
Since heavy bombing in World War II, only the stable block remains which has been converted to the park’s Cafe, which sits in a a broad green space with ample plant features, tennis courts, bowling green and a putting green.
There are four children’s play areas as well as a children’s nature trail, paddling pool and an adventure playground.
